The Second New HP C8180

So, I eventually traversed the gargantuan consumer black hole that is Chadstone shopping mall in Melbourne, and scored myself another C8180.

The C8180 has so many good features, if only they worked like they should do.

So far this second one has treated me better, but is still frustrating. Why can't I access the DVD RW from the computer? Is it because the printer is networked, not USB'd? Can you help me? Would you want a printer that can't read audio CDs?
